These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pkr8888 platform. Please read them carefully before registering — they cover your account, deposits, bonuses, withdrawals and how we handle disputes.

pkr8888 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage, including before processing a first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a Pakistani CNIC, a valid passport or a driving licence. You may also be asked to provide proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot showing your Easypaisa or JazzCash account number matches the one used for deposits). pkr8888 will not process withdrawals on unverified accounts above Rs 5,000 until verification is complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr8888 login credentials. Any activity carried out on your account is your responsibility. All deposits on pkr8888 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. pkr8888 does not charge any fees on incoming deposits; however, your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, your bank or your card issuer) may apply their own service charges, which are outside pkr8888's control.

Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds belonging to a third party is prohibited and may result in account suspension. pkr8888 is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on account balances. All deposited funds held in your pkr8888 balance are held in segregated accounts separate from pkr8888's operational funds.
Note: pkr8888 may place a temporary hold on deposits from new accounts or unusual payment sources while anti-fraud checks are conducted. This is standard procedure and does not affect the security of your funds.
pkr8888 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier:
pkr8888 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the account will require a manual review. pkr8888 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply receiving charges.
Any bonus funds with active wagering requirements must be fully wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Real-money balances unrelated to active bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time.
pkr8888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
The pkr8888 Refer a Friend programme credits Rs 1,500 to the referring player's account and Rs 500 to the referred player's account when a new player registers using a valid referral code and completes a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500. The referring player's reward carries no wagering requirement. The referred player's welcome bonus is subject to 1× wagering. Referral bonuses may not be claimed by existing players who create secondary accounts.
pkr8888 offers sports betting, in-play betting and casino games. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. By confirming a bet on pkr8888, you acknowledge the odds and potential payout and agree that the bet is final once confirmed.
Cash Out: Cash Out is available on selected markets. The value offered represents pkr8888's calculated fair value at the time of the Cash Out request. pkr8888 may suspend Cash Out during high-traffic periods or when odds are being recalculated.
The pkr8888 VIP Club comprises five membership tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. All registered players begin at Silver tier automatically upon account creation. Advancement to higher tiers is determined by monthly wagering totals, recalculated at the end of each calendar month.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr8888 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
pkr8888 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering with pkr8888, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that Policy.
pkr8888 uses your data to manage your account, process transactions, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and send you promotional communications where you have opted in. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via account settings. pkr8888 does not sell your data to third parties outside of those required for payment processing, identity verification and regulatory compliance.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pkr8888 will communicate the reason within 5 business days and outline the steps required to resolve the matter. Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances are forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the verified payment method on file after the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.
You may close your pkr8888 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool to ensure that marketing communications are also halted.

No claims against pkr8888 may be made more than six months after the event giving rise to the claim. pkr8888's records are final in the event of any dispute regarding bet placement, settlement or account activity, unless a clear technical error is demonstrated.

Your continued use of pkr8888 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
